UTS BuildPros began in 2007 as Complete Install Services, an installation and light-construction subcontractor. Its original founders are still in the business. In July 2022 it became UTS BuildPros, part of veteran-owned UTS, LLC, and a full-service general contracting firm operating across three states, bringing the precision, discipline, and leadership skills honed in military service to the construction industry.
UTS, LLC also trades as UTS ServicePros, the warranty service network door and window manufacturers use to repair and document claims nationwide. Same company, same Richardson office, different work.
Our veteran leadership believes that the same values that make a successful military unit — accountability, attention to detail, and mission-first mentality — are exactly what clients deserve from their contractor. That philosophy still drives every project we take on today.
We have completed over 200 projects ranging from custom metal buildings and commercial facilities to large-scale multifamily renovations. Our supervisors hold OSHA 30-Hour training; we hold an Arkansas Residential Builder License (No. 0465660226) and a City of Oklahoma City residential contractor license (CR-37328-L) (Texas has no state general contractor license); and we maintain verified status with ISNetworld and Avetta — credentials that reflect our commitment to doing things the right way.
