General Manager
Josh Lawrence leads UTS BuildPros as General Manager, bringing 11 years of service in the United States Army to lead a disciplined, client‑focused operation. He runs the company on the same principles he learned in uniform and he insists on integrity, clear expectations, and follow‑through on every project.
Senior Project Manager
Steve Miller brings two decades of combat arms experience in the U.S. military to his role as Senior Project Manager. His strength lies in structured planning, risk management, and coordinated execution, helping owners, facility teams, and subcontractors move through each phase of the project with confidence.
Project Manager
Clark Richardson is a retired First Sergeant with 20 years of military service, including combat operations. He is known for his steady leadership, sound judgment, and ability to keep projects aligned to scope, schedule, and quality standards—even when conditions change on the ground.
Preconstruction Manager
Preconstruction Manager Albert Hodges contributes more than 15 years of building experience and a strong technical eye to the front end of every project. Following a medical discharge from the U.S. Navy after a training injury, he built a construction career focused on detailed estimating, accurate scopes, and setting realistic, achievable expectations for clients and trade partners.
Project Manager
Hunter Tomlin joined the UTS BuildPros Team in May 2026 as Project Manager. He brings strong organizational skills and a client-first mindset to every project, coordinating schedules, site logistics, and communication to keep builds on track and expectations clear.
