How We Deliver

What a Commercial GC Should Handle for You

Permitted through each local authority

We register and permit through each local authority we build under. Projects subject to the Texas Architectural Barriers Act with an estimated construction cost of $50,000 or more must be registered with TDLR, reviewed by a Registered Accessibility Specialist, and inspected within one year of completion.

Line-item estimates

Estimates separate construction, site work, permitting and allowances, so you can see exactly what you are paying for and what is still open.

Trained supervisors, vetted subcontractors

OSHA 30-Hour trained supervisors, prequalified licensed subcontractors for every trade, an ISNetworld A rating, and a Division President who passed the NASCLA accredited commercial exam and holds a PMP.

One contractor from bid to closeout

Subcontractor coordination, schedule management and a punch-list to certificate-of-occupancy walkthrough under one project manager.

Plans and photos up front

Quote requests take site photos, plan sets and bid documents, so the first number you get is based on your actual scope.

Built to code, documented. Permits pulled through each city and county under the codes it has adopted, line-item estimates, and OSHA 30-Hour trained supervisors with ISNetworld-verified prequalification. Projects subject to the Texas Architectural Barriers Act with an estimated construction cost of $50,000 or more must be registered with TDLR, reviewed by a Registered Accessibility Specialist, and inspected within one year of completion.

Common Questions

Why hire UTS BuildPros directly?

Because you work with the contractor that builds your project. One team is accountable from estimate to closeout, permits and inspections are documented to the codes your jurisdiction has adopted, and there is no added layer of contractor markup.
